We recognise the journey to employment is different for everyone, our Workforce Development division supports jobseekers returning to the workforce, those transitioning their career into a new industry, and youth job path employability skills training.

We offer several programs tailored to providing jobseekers with employability skills and training.

Employability Skill Training (EST) program
A free program designed to support young people with intensive industry specific training, and connection with employers.

Transition to Work (TtW) Program
Our TtW program provides ongoing mentoring and support for young people to help find a job that suits.

Career Transition Assistance (CTA) program
Designed to support mature aged job seekers aged 45 years and above build confidence and skills to find their next employment opportunity.

Employer Requested Training (ERT)
Our ERT programs are customised to the needs of employers and are designed to give jobseekers a head start in their new career.
