For students wishing to pursue a trade career, the Construction Training Fund (CTF), in partnership with Skill Hire offers Year 11 and 12 students the following options:
Expression of Interest – 2027 Intake – Fully Funded Pre-Apprenticeships
This program is designed to provide you with the knowledge and skills to begin your career in the construction industry and transition into an apprenticeship.
You will have the opportunity to learn the basic skills needed to get started in your trade of choice and then choose your preferred specialisation.
This course is hands-on, covering the key skills needed by employers in the construction industry. By week four, participants can select their pathway and Skill Hire, as a registered Group Training Organisation (GTO), is then uniquely placed to help find a host employer for real life work placement experience.

Forrestfield & Joondalup
Eaton Secondary College
Bunbury
