This unit of competency specifies the mandatory work health and safety training required to undertake construction work. Assessment of this unit requires the learner to be directly observed by the assessor. The learner will demonstrate personal awareness and knowledge of health and safety legislative requirements in order to work safely and prevent injury or harm to self and others.
Upon successful completion of the course, you will be issued with a Statement of Attainment and a hard copy White Card allowing you to immediately commence work.

Students who undertake a Prepare to Work Safely in the Construction Industry course can work towards jobs as Construction Labourers, Trade Workers, Managers, Site Supervisors and Surveyors.
